Windows 8 Bad Video Drivers

Windows 8 is made for touchscreen monitors. Mostly. Windows 8 has an Xbox360/smartphone layout.
basically it sucks massive balls.

Windows 8 installs a custom driver called WCCM or something like that and you should be able to downgrade your driver back to it's old drivers.
It happened to me when I had Windows 8.
