I'm starting to feel a bit annoyed with the IP thing. I'd like to actually contribute to the faction instead of just waiting around without the proper IP to join.

How about: Members of the faction get PMed the IP. That seems like a logical idea. As long as we don't have any people giving out the IP it should be fine.
