Or maybe you don't get what's happening to Cortana. She's going "rampant" which is essentially the 7 year life span of an AI before they go loving nuts. Its intelligence that kills them, they get filled with so much information, they go insane.

She can be as crazy as a crab on speed but she should still stfu (especially since what she is talking about is pointless information) :I
Also she is only half the issue, I still prefer Chief to be a man of few words.
