Firstly you want to make sure to try and have a DMR, lightrifle or the covenant rifle thing at all times, if you run in too close to the covenant or prometheans? you die. Standing behind some cover picking them off with headshots is the best way to go about surviving Secondly don't forget about your grenades, i know on legendary they always seem to avoid the blast but in doing so they jump out into the open, boom headshot. Thirdly GO FOR HEADSHOTS Fourthly if there's a banshee shooting at you dont get in a banshee yourself and try to shoot it down, normally you get sprayed to hell by the land troops and die. simply find a plasma pistol and shoot it down or use a rocket launcher thing, your choice. Fifthly if you get a scorpion TREASURE IT. don't just ride in as fast as you can, go slowly, pick a target in the distance and shoot it, then move up and do the same to another target. |

so uh I beat the campaign on legendary, but I didn't get the Mark VI armor that I really want. For some reason I didn't fill the commendation for the fourth mission, which is the last one I need for the armor. Just my luck, I'm having heaps of trouble with it, especially on the part where you have to kill all those Prometheans so Cortana can open the door and the part after it where you figure out the Didact brainwashed Covenant armies. Unless I find someone to play coop with, what should I do? btw the OP needs a serious upgrade |

Unless I find someone to play coop with, what should I do? btw the OP needs a serious upgrade --- End quote --- that parts super easy, save a few shotgun shells and have a full ammo light rifle. when it starts youre going to want to sprint down the hill and stand behind where the first knight spawns, near the left from the top of the hill. beat him down and attempt to beat down more knights as they teleport(i managed to get two of them, and killed the third with a shotgun blast) then get up on the hill and wrap around and take cover behind some crates and use the turret when needed. if possible keep a marine alive so he can use a turret and help you out. oh and the part after it(thats where i am lol) i took a turret, a dmr, and the rail gun. i beat down the first knight, gunned down the grunts w/ the turret, walked up the side path, killed the jackels and i just picked everyone else off w/ my dmr/railgun |
