I remember years ago when the first iPods were coming out. My neighbor was really disappointed because his older brother got an iPod and he did not. I cheered him up by telling him that by the time he was the same age, there would be iPods that had a touchscreen, games, and acted as phones. If I had had the proper foresight then I would be the one with all of the patents.
Also, how does Apple claim the patent for "pinch to expand." That is basic multi-touch technology. And multi-touch technology was developed in 1977 according to Wikipedia lol.
