Before I do anything, what is GLSL exactly and where can I find it?
Is it a driver?

GLSL means OpenGL Shading Language, to find it, I'm not so sure.
Mr.Noßody:
So, is it a specific thing to Blockland?
How do I update it?

Quoting my console log for people who may have missed it.
KoopaScooper:
You can't update your shader language version because it's dependent by the graphics unit itself. "Updating it" means you need to purchase a new video card. The Geforce 9 series is sufficient enough to run the new shaders. Make sure your primary display is set to the 9400, and that you're not using any form of integrated video.
KoopaScooper:
Double post, but it appears as if I was correct about you using a form of integrated video:

--- Quote ---OpenGL driver information:
  Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc.
  Renderer: ATI Radeon HD 4200
  Version: 3.3.10834 Compatibility Profile Context
--- End quote ---
Make sure your monitor's VGA cord or etcetera is hooked up to 9400 and not the motherboard.
