THEN AGAIN, AGAIN. 30% if Blockland have people who cannot:
A) Do competitions to get money.
B) Have a allowance
C) Can ask for money from their parents
D) Have a job
E) Only get $20 for his birthday, so it will take 3 years to save that much up. :/.
