What's the best City RPG mod?

EDIT: Ok apparently there are none because no one is replying.
I would try using RP Core but it needs RTB to change the preferences so that wouldn't work well.

EDIT EDIT: It seems like City RPGs are sort of dying down now, no one hosts them anymore either. Maybe it's because people have the same problem as me.

That's really good.
After some time noone hosted something specific it's a really good time to bring it back in a cool way.
