Games like Sid Meier's pirates?

Anyone know of any good games with similar mechanics to Pirates?
I really enjoy that came but I'd like to try more like it.

There was an MMO called Pirates of the burning sea that was a bit similar, but I don't know if it's still running.

It's still running, yes. It's pretty good too, but MMOs. Meh.
