The jobs are meant to be alternative ways for people who dislike combat (or would just like a break from it) to contribute to their team in a new way that will change the battle for the soldiers, but keep in mind if one of your foresters is subpar, it won't be game breaking. i think it would solve a lot of problems if you had a good amount of admins with good common sense and the ability to demote players |
