Constructive Criticism:
It's missing lots of detail. Add some more objects from this picture:

I don't really like the straight color, yellow. Please fix that and add some type of style to the walls, like in the picture.

On topic, It isn't that bad. Only problem is there's too much space, imo. Unless we're going for one of the Doctor's where the tardis was a bit more clean :/

Jesus forget if you guys some of you guys are just going to stuff on him try to hold it in at least until you get to the drama section toilet. If it's bad, that's okay, just don't say it's bad without saying how to make it good.
Here's some guidelines you could use to improve your build Blockbeard:
-Make it round. The tardis is sort of a dome shape, but that's really hard to make; doing just the walls would be fine too.
-Maybe use some of the special bricks like the 8x8f grate on the floor, like the ones in the actual TARDIS so the Doctor can access the wiring stuff below.
-The console panel is great. Do keep it.

At least try telling him how it's bad, and don't compare this building style to that of an 8-year blockland veteran who knows all the ins and outs of construction.

Im glad to see another DW fan on here but im still going to give this a 2/10 for it being not very colorful and that its just well....bland.
