I finished all the quests and got bored, so I decided to make the closest thing I can to Veigar from LoL, just for the fun of it.
Also because giving a theme to your magic abilities is a fun thing to do.

Philosopher's gives you mana when things damage you not the other way around.

Here's how you instantly win the game: Make a spell with illusion dust, crystal ball, vampire tooth, and spider silk. Make it as high grade as loving possible.
It can 1-shot the weaker bosses and will let you beat the highest difficulty bosses in under a minute.

In my opinion the best spell is optic lens, vampire tooth, seashell, and ectoplasm. You can switch the vampire tooth for a rock if you feel like you can survive at doctorate level castle. Takes about 5-15 seconds to kill all forest bosses. Some 20 seconds for castle bosses.
It fires a beam (OP), that splits into several parts (combined with beam = OPx2), you get health for hitting and killing enemies, and you get more mana for hitting things. You are hard to kill and you can constantly fire the spell for a few seconds. Not that it is needed since even at B grade it does +200 damage per second.

A custom dialogue option for Tipsy to give you all the materials, even those not yet implemented, and 100,000 gold. I have no idea if those unfinished materials work. They might crash your game.
Actually: 2 illusion to robe then an optic, ectoplasm, gear, and seashell makes the ultimate weapon. Kills any enemy in under 1 second, doctorate castle boss took 3 seconds. Because of the insane damage and ectoplasm you never run out of mana as long as you are hitting an enemy. You gain more mana than you use.
