Timer Events(Also other suggestions)

Well, i want events that can:
~Trigger Timers
~Stop Timers
~Alter Timers
~Make a top left/right print timer
~be understood by intermediate/basic users of events.
Mold:
Erm what are those drawings they are impossible to interpret or read.
Also wtf re timer events use timed events?

Unfortunately he wants something that can be understood by intermediate/basic users, so I guess he doesn't want a FOR or WHILE VCE loop.
There's no need for another event where something already works fine.
