How to set up a Free For All in Slayer gamemode?

No spawnrooms, just spawnbricks. Event them like this:
On playertouch > Player > Additem > Weapon1

The only downside to this is that the players can't chose what class they want.

Won't work because players are immune 2 seconds after spawn.
