Concerning Steam and KOTOR II

I just recently noticed that the release date on KOTOR II on steam was just like last month

but I thought it had been on steam for a long time

so I'm wondering did they rerelease it?

and if so have they added the lost content back?

They didn't rerelease it, it was added a while back when a Redditor asked Obsidian to add it
