Vehicle Ejection - Left
Jeep:
So, instead of ending up on top of your vehicle once you get out, you should be ejected to the left (if not blocked) of the vehicle. Anyone else think this?

there should also be support for custom exit points, so you can have different vehicles with different entrance/exit setups.
