Well in Opposing Force many marines were left behind to be killed off by Black Ops soldiers.

Regarding the statement where someone said they thought Half-Life was horror, that's supposed to be Half-Life 3/Episode 3. A while back Gabe said they wanted to add a lot of fear into it. But who knows how many revisions that has gone through. Still, I thought it was worth mentioning.
