Does this happen to everyone? (BL key chat censor)

Try typing into the chat in singleplayer: ffff-ffff-ffff-ffff
This comes up:
I found while I was making a lag joke ("Lag uses lag! It's super EFF-EFF-EFF-EFFECTIVE!") It was cencored with that message. ffff-ffff-ffff-ffff does the same. Is this a mod I downloaded at some point or does it happen to everyone?
If so, this is a neat idea.

its built in so you cant really get rid of it, Ive had it happen to me atleast once during some year lol

It's default. RTB has also implemented something similiar into their RTB Connect chat system.
