I would have to give into nostalgia and say its a tie between LoZ Ocarina of time and Oni.
J MASTER:
Cave Story.
Enjoyable gameplay, stuff to collect, new weapons throughout the game, upgrades, unique enemies, multiple endings, fitting characters, engrossing storyline, challenging levels, great boss battles, and interesting easter eggs.
Everything I could ever want in a game.
