What the forget did I create.

Easy to do. It's just every possible node (part) activated at once.

Some weapons with node removing (aka hand weapons) make bots forget up.

This is a bug.
It is not new and you didn't create it.
The same thing used to happen in version 8 of Blockland except it would be all black. Someone coined the name "doombot" back then. I take it the bug happening now is the result of a mod as speculated above.
I parodied it in a 2010 drama machinima I made where the doombot is depicted as the grim reaper.
