Here's how Doombot is going to play.

There are 3 doombots.
If they touch you you get this 1 minute (SUBJECT TO CHANGE) virus which makes your flesh rotten.

Touching anything sharp WILL kill you.

There is a hospital in the middle of nowhere which is crawling with something known at DOOMhumans, Humans infected by doombots just like you.

Clicking on any doomhuman will instantly kill them HOWEVER this rule also applies to you.

You need to adventure in the hospital (if you find it WITHOUT being shattered first) to find a syringe which will heal you.

Here are the WIP parts which are subject to change:
After a while if there are any humans alive a helicopter will come to save you and will drop a flare, if you don't get in while it's there they will leave without you and you will be stuck forever (aka lose)

My friend had something like this except it was invisible but when it sensed a player. It flashed red for a milisecond. It was scary and funny at the same time.
