Combine OSIPR (HL2 AR2)

Yes, I know it's probably been requested before, but forget it, I want a Combine OSIPR (Overwatch Standard-Issue Pulse Rifle).

It'd be cool if whoever would like to make this could freehand an EOSIPR, which is basically just an AR3.
It's got higher damage and it has a holo sight, with a "Box" style magazine. Also, I'd prefer iron sights on the OSIPR rather than the charged pulse.

That's like taking the portal gun out of Portal!
But really, I would like this, but I would most certainly like it with the charged pulse thing instead.

The charged pulse is too OP imo, but maybe it can have an RTB toggle or something.
