Possibly, but events are really glitchy and this mod has already been made. I've seen it before around, but i don't think it's been ported from v8.

i think we've established that it would work better as a mod by now.
as for it already existing, there's no harm in making it again for the public.

Edit the hunger mod on rtb, but I might give it a try editing the hunger mod.
