dosent matter, add-ons still can get to the game enabled or not.

op try reinstalling?

try moving your add-on folder to another location and let the launcher re-write the defaults, then start blockland, tell us if the ground is still not there

I did, I deleted my Addons folder and redownloaded the folder with the defaults.
