Rtb will not install!

I made a topic about this but now the old topic is dead. So I reinstalled blockland a few months back but when I install rtb and put it in the addons folder rtb isn't showing up when I start blockland or even when i reset blockland or restart my netbook. I don't know what the reason for this is,
