Why is Everything Blurry?

Regardless of what the settings say they are, this is what it looks like with low settings. You may have a conflicting add-on or perhaps you just need to restart a couple more times.

Have you tried turning textures to max and restarting the game?

But I have had it on low for weeks and it wasn't blurry.

Texture quality was on high, then I restarted, but it didn't work.

It is probably some sort of conflicting add-on. I know that I have also had the settings temporarily not change. There have been times when it got stuck on low textures for a while. My best guess would be to toggle them on and off until something changes.

Even if changing just textures, instead of clicking Done click the Apply button.
