how convenient
loot body armor and/or weapon, give it to big red (armor to him too unless he can't fit; then go to slobodan), and have another guy blind fire with a pistol around the edge of the doorway.

Area cleared.
Unfortunately, nobody can figure out how to work the armor. It seems to be much more complex than just putting it on. At least everyone has more than just a stun-gun as a weapon now.

: That took longer than it should have.
: It's fine. Security seems very light right now. Maybe they're occupied.
: That would make things even worse.
: Exactly, so let's go find our stuff, everyone else, and hijack a shuttle or two.

: ...
: Are things going well?
: Why are you back?
: I'm one of your advisers, aren't I? Couldn't you use help, especially now that Ieuri is gone?
: I don't miss Ieuri at all.
: Alright then. Have we encountered any resistance from the eldritch?
: Your hypothesis of them having a space force was true. Ships are launching off the surface.
: How many?
: Seven and counting. They're light cruiser sized.
: Our fleet can match them, unless they produce even more.
: From where we are, we can wipe out the core on the surface.
: The energy required to do so would leave the Phantom Nautilus unable to attack. This ship alone is half of our fleet power.
: I know that.
: So should we fire now, and risk losing more ships, or engage the fleet at full force, and risk the core producing even more?

Change deck lights settings to multicolor flashing

Engage fleet

Find the control room, open up all the cells, start prison break.

: That took longer than it should have.
i detect slight irony

Engage the forward ships. As long as this dreadnought stays alive we should be fine.

i detect slight irony
that was actually unintentional
but it works

Engage fleet
Engage the forward ships. As long as this dreadnought stays alive we should be fine.

: I'm attacking with everything. We're not in too much of a hurry.
: Right. I suppose as long as the Phantom Nautilus survives, we'll be able to carry it out.

The iconian fleet engages the eldritches at full force. Soon enough, over half of the eldritch ships are eliminated. However, 3 frigates and 1 cruiser were lost.

: A-2 just went silent. What's wrong with them?
: We're making good progress, why are you upset?
: Seven ships are doing this much damage.
: They're eldritches. They're not regular ships.
: Still, I thought-
: ...what?
: The surface. The core. Where is it?
: What do you mean?
: It's not showing up anymore.
: You mean i-
: It's not on the surface anymore.
: It's gone? Was it a trap? What do we do now?

that is some dope special effects in that first scene
you've really upped your game.

Deploy strategic map.

Should have listened to Akbar

Deploy strategic map.

: Go back to the fleet map. Maybe something's changed.

: I think I found it.
: Where?
: ...So it wasn't just a chunk of material, it was a crashed, 21-kilometer ship...
: What ship?
: The one that just appeared right above us.
