because not all of us have RTB and not all of us want to ban EVERYONE from making ANY events at all

what does banning have to do with it?
if your hosting anything except a freebuild, nobody should even be building in the first place!
a TDM,ZAPT,Creeper survival, jail rp, falling platforms, throwmod dm, boss battle, KOTH, trench war, or infinate mining server will work just fine without people being able to make events, so its worth the protection incase someone gets out of the map and into mischief.

i didn't say "banning" as in banning from the server, i said "banning from making events".
and who says everyone loves hosting any of the things you listed? i hate most of the things you listed.
and also like i said, not all of use have rtb
