And that by searching for statistics in English, you find documents that are in English, the vast majority of which are published by English-speaking organizations of English-speaking countries. No but the USA owns over 60% of the webspace on the internet and so a vast majority of relevant statistics are from US sources. Australia and the UK have a smaller share together than Japan or China separately, and the handful of other English-official countries own a negligible amount of webspace and in those countries, the fate of the LBGT community isn't exactly a government priority.

The US also performs more genital reconstruction surgeries than any other nation in the world, so there's that too.
