I don't know how Badspot chooses ban length, but I would permanently ban someone who said this.

I can see that in cases where someone doesn't follow the rules and gets banned for it. They make sure not to break the rule again.
I'd think that the reason why people get permanently banned when they break Rule #5 is that they have no desire to be a good member of the community anymore, and that any further access to the forums would just give them a reason to break more rules/get revenge for being banned.
You might be right though. I don't think Stocking is going to spew any more of this anti-homoloveual garbage anymore, since all she ever does is post on the forums.

I think it was only 3 days, and she was just using self restraint.
A lot of people act like this on the forum, though. So he'd be banning a lot more people. Hell, he can even act like that, sometimes.

The majority of people on the forums do not write out 3 paragraph-long tirades against transloveuals.
