IP Address Won't load
Warground:
Try to connect your Laptop directly to the router with a lan-cable (and turn wi-fi off).
some routers doesn't allow wi-fi device to change settings (security reasons).

LAN Cable the same as ethernet cable?

Set the default host Address to my default gate way on the TimeC, and it worked
