What exactly do you need help with? Are you talking about your avatar's faces in-game? If so, I have this happen, too, where the faces don't work/show up.
I can also help you with what to do and what not to do on the forums:
DO NOT make an entire post with a color like you did here (or over-use it for that matter)
DO NOT over-use the praise (cookie), thanks (cookie monster) and other emote things in your posts
TRY TO use decent grammar
DO NOT over-use text re-sizing (making words really big or really small)
THINK before posting something (should I really post this?)
TRY TO be nice
DO NOT get yourself into any kind forum-related drama (people never forget things you do)
