There is an exhibition that moves around museums. It uses human bodies which have been filled with plastic and had different parts removed, so as to show the internal organs.
But all the bodies are donated by the deceased towards science.

It's done by Gunther von Hagens, and the exhibit is Body Worlds.

There are other copies of it though.
