Someone fix bot events.

not everyone wants to have everyone banned from using ANY events at all.
also not everyone has a computer compatible with RTB.

I have never ONCE seen someone abuse bot events.

just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. the world doesn't revolve around you
people have used bot events to abuse TONS of times, and it's what's used in the "fungusamongus" prank or whatever you want to call it
