No. It will cost 20$ and then it gives you a download code (bl key) presumably.

I would think the demo would come separately in this case.

There is the ability to have demos for games on Steam, remember.
Not that Blockland has a seperate demo, but i think it will just download Blockland when you download the demo and when you buy it, you get something like a key AND download Blockland.

But hey, what do i know. :)

because when it does get on steam, there's most likely going to be a lot of buyers, and one admin can't really keep track of everyone, and all of the false reports, there has to be some third party help from steam.
nobody is going to stop them from buying keys though, more money for badspot from stupid people

Wait if if somenoe on steam uses the piracy jailbreak thingy or whatever it is will they get Blockland for free?

I heard about that somewhere, it would be horrible for Badspot's profits of the game.

It needs the master server to authenticate a key. Even if steam is cracked blockland will need a key

I'm just wondering here... Couldn't somebody make their own master server and redirect the game's auth requests to that? Sorry that's off topic.

Kind of makes me wonder if there would be a way for us to still play with each other if for whatever reason Badspot had to shutdown the Master Server.

I think the code that allows badspots master server is encrypted.

I think valve should let demos of to-be greenlit games be released on steam

So people can try out blockland and stop calling it a clone

Agreed, I think that that's just a fad on there though.

anyone who actually cares to find out what Blockland is can already download a demo on the website. it sounds unnecessary that Valve allow demos of games that may never actually get on their store, developers can provide their own demos on their own websites. they also already have a section for show and tell: videos/images/descriptions.

There was some roblox friend going 'why should I buy this when roblox is free!'. God darn.
