My brother plays a Link and it seems like it's impossible to beat him no matter what.

In melee, I had a friend who worked wonders with Link. Half the things he did I didn't even think was possible.
The tier probably just puts harder to play characters at the bottom, not judging whether or not they're still good or not. lol
I haven't played in a long time.
