Making a Boss Deathmatch

I figured this would be really fun, playing as the boss and battling other bosses, and not having to wait out your turn to become boss.
Please remember: I am not stealing from Pecon7. Pecon7 did not create boss battles. Boss battles originated from old video games.
Soooo, I need some ideas for bosses.
Here are some I'm planning on making:
Ghast
Creeper
Some type of mech guy...
Robloxian
Eh, some type of guy who runs and has lots of OP weapons but only has 1 health.
Thats all I thought of.
/discuss, and please suggest bosses for me.
