I find investing in O2 a waste. The only times I've done it were when I maxed out shields, weapons, sensors, doors, etc. And then I'd just steal power off it for other things.

Temporarily of course. I take the power from my drones. After that I drain it back to 1 bar.

I killed the flagship's first form. I thought I won.
Then during second form he spawned like 10 different drones. wtfman. Is there a drone I can buy that shoots other drones? Or should I just cloak when he does those surges?

Cloak and pray they go away before your cloak runs out.
And bomb the stuff out of their drone control.
