FTL: Faster Than Light
fred da kiko:
The thing with roguelikes is that when you die, it's not like dying in other games where several hours of progress are gone unless you can save and restart. The progress in a roguelike is usually not that difficult and it is usually not that frustrating to die, even when the game forgets you.

I think you can buy Visa prepaid cards and use them online.
Story time!
After a run-in with an auto-assault ship, my oxygen generator is exploded. I leave a guy working on it and he suffocates to death. oh forget. I run Bomfy and Seamus to fix the medbay and the oxygen generator, respectively. I fix the medbay, heal Seamus, have them switch, repeat switches until 3% oxygen. oxygen is fixed, but Seamus dies. Bomfy is alone. He heals up, I FTL, and a slave ship is demanding a crew member.
GAAAHHHH
EDIT: I beat the slavers. They gave me a slave before they died. His name is Bomfy M. :cookieMonster:

the idea still has some minor kinks, such as teleportation technology being lacking, but i think we can patent the idea.

could be that it scans the money and then destroys it.
of course then we'd be running out of paper money.
I had a ship called the TARDIS, the crew's names were Doctor, Amelia Pond, and Rory Williams. I got the farthest I've gotten on that ship and the crew records in the stats menu all belong to members of that crew, aside from Captain Kirkner the mantis holding the title for most combat kills

But if it had a seperate mechanism that destroyed it, people could simply remove that part and they would have infinite digital money.
