Environment Persistance

I would like the environment saved when you close server
Then when server is backup, it loads the saved environment.

I had the idea that you could save it along with a build.

That way you can load it and have everything at the way it should be problem solved.
Anyone? That or a new set of save files for enviroment settings. Which picture explains how it looks like.
