I once got three bandit heads on BOTH slot machines after activating them both
There was this one time where me and my brother killed an enemy carrying a slot machine and we spent a whole day (Borderlands time) playing it and during the next day, it just disappeared, the machine didn't stop spinning so we never knew what we got from it
