Someone hacks my Neopets account and my other one got terminated

So, I try to log in to Neopets this morning because I haven't played in over two years, and my account is hacked. I don't really care, but then again I would spend so many hours each day in 2008-2010 playing this. So I log in to my other account, and it says that "Your account has been frozen due to an inappropriate name." How the hell is the username, "neotesting" inappropriate? Great moderating job Neopets, you freeze my account because of an innocent name, yet my account gets hacked and you don't give two forgets. And I can't retrieve a new password for it either, the e-mail I used doesn't work anymore. Wow.

Either they thought it was neotesticles or another hacker changed that one's name to Neoricharderyforget.
