but speaking of remasters i watched a little bit of a new translation, and i don't really see how it's much of "a new translation" if most of the footage is stock footage.

compilations are compilations. there's a lot more of the new animation in the second and third movies, and the ending is significantly different.

I like the RGM, GM-79, and Gouf Custom. The Kampfer and the zeon amphbious suits from war in pocket are cool as well.

it's also far and above the BEST mobile suit ever manufactured. The zekes were using them far into like, UC 0098 and it was still kicking ass and taking names.

The first gundam series to hit the US was Wing, which is why they're the most iconic suits.  I don't care for the wing suits (aside from heavyarms), but it's pretty well known that it's by far one of the most popular in the states.

...Are you loving serious?  Have you seen the Gundam 00 dub?

Mine SHIPPED today. Hobby Search used to ship right the forget away, but right when I start using preapproved paypal (which should make it faster) it starts taking 3x as long for them to ship.

I feel like asking for a discount because they took as much time for the thing to arrive just to ship it. Especially considering EMS was $20.

So my Hunchback is better than the Trebuchet trial mech I was using in every way except for max speed...and I'm doing a lot worse with it. Must be the turning speed.
