what kind of specs does a computer for a dedicated blockland server need?

My dad says that I and Pacnet, my little brother, have to get an A- and above in all or classes for two marking periods in a row (1/2 of a school year), and then he'll get us a dedicated server.

my computer is 8 years old with an Intel Celeron D 320 and it can hold 18 players perfectly fine in a deathmatch

I have a good amount of ram for the computer now but I know for a fact the graphics card can't run blockland. Can I still host a dedicated server?
