The idea and story itself is not bad, but the build needs improvement.

add more detail: furniture, color, windows etc
try adding a band of a slightly different color around the top and/or bottom of the walls? even if it's only a slightly lighter/darker gray it'd look a bit better imo.

This really makes no sense. Slenderman doesn't blink. How in hell would that make a good game for SCP... lol.
