Is it true that some BLIDs got swapped?

Yeah I think you must have written it down wrong or confused yourself somehow.
I joined in 2008 and I have a 4K. I am pretty certain 9K IDs weren't available until 2009. Unless there was some colossal accident with the purchasing system it just couldn't have happened.
