OnInZone for single players and clients only

It seems that the OnInZone events applies to all players and clients in the server. Could it be made just for just the player/client who is in the zone?

Also is it possible to create nested zones? Say I have a 64x64f with a OnInZone that centerprints "Outside" and a 16x16f on that 64x64f that centerprints "Inside"? Currently you can't do it with the zones.
