better brick textures not working.

i was playing in blockland forums and i found this: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=147911.0 i read directions and installed right but when i started blockland the original textures over righted them automaticly. any help?
The Corporation:
User content alpha, which has disappeared from my addons folder and the download is non-existent anymore.
Go to suggs and requests to request the addon.

BTW the topic was to old so i couldent reply on it.
Hotspot:
put in the textures, go to options and check read only.
done!
Worked for me.
