I think it should be only default add-ons, with the exception of nice host tools such as eval chat and maybe the moderator script.

Moderator is a bad mod. You shouldn't have to put people on training wheels. They'll just act nice and then be a badmin when they get full admin. Eval is fine.

Bricks are going to magically save themselves?

No, I've got an account that can access all server consoles (I cant access any of the blockland folders apart from the config and base folders), just do the savebricks command and copy the save over to the base/server/temp/ folder and then when it restarts, just type the reloadbricks command

Yep, it'll just be the defualt blockland install and please send me the FTP Details you wish to have and I'll create an FTP account for you so you can upload your add-ons directly to the server.
