Avast isn't exactly "100% secure". Chances are, someone isn't going to scam a virus onto the machine. They're going to infect it on the server manually and just set a computer-wide exception for the executable. This is not secure for someone who is in the system, which is a very bad thing for this.

i suggest eset nod32, you can set passwords to disallow adding exceptions, scanning, etc.
